Washington Creek Wildlife Area

About nine miles south of Bruce, this wildlife area offers 515 acres of recreational opportunities. The property includes about 230 acres of flowage and wetlands, along with uplands of mixed aspen and oak. Biking, birding and hiking, canoeing, and backcountry cross-country skiing is possible on the site. There's a marked snowmobile trail on the property and it's open to hunting and trapping. You can access the property from a small parking lot off of County Highway E.
