Lake Flambeau (Dairyland Flowage)

Just east of Ladysmith and north of Tony is one of Rusk County's most well-known fishing spots. The flowage is the largest in Rusk County at 1,870 acres. It's 70 feet deep and accessible via five public boat landings. The flowage contains musky, panfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, walleye, sturgeon and catfish. The flowage is also a nice spot for a calm water paddling outing.
