Hawkins
Hawkins was legendary among loggers for the immense size of its beautiful white pines. Today it's known for the windows manufacturer Jeld-Wen, its rich recreational opportunities and the annual Hawkins' Harvest Festival held on Labor Day weekend. The village is also noted as the entrance to the Flambeau River State Forest and Flambeau River landings.
