Yoga in the Park - Embrace

FreeJoin Embrace, A non-profit support agency & shelter, with a session of FREE yoga in Memorial Park. This event is open to people of all ages, abilities, skill-levels, and identities. No registration is required. Connect with others in the community while reducing stress and anxiety. It is recommended to bring water, a blanket/towel/yoga mat, and comfortable attire.
