Come explore the Flambeau River State Forest with us! Travel to the Flambeau Hills cross country ski trailhead (located on Hwy W in Sawyer County, 20 miles north of Hawkins). Here, a 1.2 mile trail loop will be groomed, tracked, and brightly lit with glowing candles for skiers, snowshoers, and hikers alike. Let the kids test out the sledding hill nearby, and warm up with some chili, hot dogs, cookies, bars, and spiced tea. Bring a treat to share if you please!
